Success Stories
Hear from clients who transformed their lives with Rise Training—through personal coaching, consistency, and workouts that truly deliver results.
Working with Russ has been transformative! As both a physical therapist and a CrossFit athlete I started working with him with a high level of discernment and 2 specific goals: both a functional and aesthetic. His programming and expertise has gotten me stronger and making progress towards a muscle up and improving my physique. Will be recommending all my friends and patients to him!
- Thao M.
Rise Training program is perfect for individuals at any fitness level, offering a well-rounded blend of workout styles that are both effective and challenging. I've been personally coached by Russ for an Ironman event, and I can say firsthand that not only did he help me get to the finish line, but his training regimen leading up to it gave me the confidence to know I would finish! His expertise as a coach is unmatched, and I’d highly recommend his fitness plans and coaching to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey.
